Teresa Kleffner
Teresa Kleffner holds a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and has been in the field since 1995. Teresa used to work with more conventional models of healing such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman method, and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) just to name a few. Now, however, Teresa is more focused on transcendence and spiritual work while still addressing ego issues.
While Teresa still believes that talk therapy is very helpful, she now uses more unconventional approaches to healing such as hypnotherapy, trance work, breathwork, intuitive development, energy management, and subtle energy processes. Because of the more unconventional nature of these methods, Teresa is no longer taking insurance or EAP clients. **** As of March, 2023, Teresa is accepting a limited number of conventional clients who are using their EAP or insurance. ***

Each session is tailored for what healing is being called forward and so often the session is a blend of methods.
These sessions are usually 90 minutes long because more time and space are needed for healing at the subtle energy level. Some sessions are appropriate for 60 minute sessions and shorter sessions are offered for check ins after doing the deeper work.
If you are interested in this type of work, please let Teresa's scheduler know what type of session resonates with you when you call. The scheduler will then know to contact Teresa to request a new client be added to her schedule. Otherwise, the scheduler will inform you that Teresa is not taking new clients because Teresa is only accepting clients who are interested in doing this deeper work.
